1. Share Your Idea (via WhatsApp or Showroom)
Drop us a message on WhatsApp to share photos of your jewellery and your initial thoughts. Overseas clients can easily plan online, or you are warmly welcomed to book a visit to our showroom.

2. Design & Quotation
We dive deep into your story and vision, offering professional advice, a tailored design direction, and an initial estimate.

3. Deposit & Draft
With a 50% deposit, our design journey officially begins. We’ll prepare a preliminary design draft for your review.

4. 3D Rendering & Preview
We move to CAD for detailed 3D renderings. If needed, a physical wax model can be arranged so you can preview the piece in person.

5. Master Crafting
Once everything is perfected, production begins. Every piece takes about 8–10 weeks from the date the deposit is received and the design or CAD is confirmed.
