THE BESPOKE JOURNEY

1. Starting the Bespoke Process (via WhatsApp or Showroom)
Every bespoke jewellery project begins with an initial chat by phone, WhatsApp, or email, or you are welcome to visit our showroom. Tell us about your own story, inspiration, favorite color, gemstone, and budget.

2. Sourcing Diamonds and Gemstones
We offer complete flexibility for your bespoke creation:

• Bring Your Own: You are welcome to use your own diamonds or gemstones to create a brand-new piece.
• Expert Sourcing: Alternatively, let us handpick and source the perfect diamonds or coloured gemstones to suit your exact requirements and budget.

Once the gemstone has been confirmed, we will provide a rough estimated cost and take a non-refundable 50% deposit to place the order. The balance is due upon completion of the jewellery.

3. Refine the Design & Sketches
The next step is to refine the ideas into a one-of-a-kind jewellery. We will prepare preliminary sketches for your review. Once you have confirmed the design sketch, we move forward.

4. 3D Rendering & Preview
We move to CAD for detailed 3D renderings based on the confirmed sketch. If needed, a physical wax model can be arranged so you can preview and try on the piece in person.

5. Master Production & Delivery
Once everything is perfected, production begins. The piece takes about 8–10 weeks from the date the deposit is received and the design or CAD is confirmed. We will contact you once it is finished. You are welcome to collect it from our showroom, or we can arrange delivery to selected destinations.
