TERMS & CONDITIONS

Initial Consultation & Quotation:
All bespoke and remodelling projects begin with an initial consultation via WhatsApp, email, or at our showroom. Any initial quotations provided are estimates, based on the first discussion. The final price may be adjusted according to the stones, gold, and work involved, and is confirmed before the balance is paid.

Deposits & Payments:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to officially commence the project (including design drafting, gemstone sourcing, or CAD production). The remaining balance is due upon completion of the jewellery, prior to delivery or showroom collection.

Refund Policy:
All bespoke and remodelling pieces are custom-made specifically to your unique requirements, design choices, and measurements. As such, all deposits and payments are strictly non-refundable, and items cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once production has commenced.

Design Process & CAD:
Bespoke projects may begin by exploring design ideas first, or by selecting gemstones. We start with a preliminary sketch, and upon receiving the deposit, provide a formal design draft. Once confirmed, we proceed to the CAD (3D Rendering) stage. Minor refinements during the CAD stage are welcomed (up to two rounds), while substantial design changes outside the confirmed direction may incur additional modification fees.

Intellectual Property Rights:
All designs, preliminary sketches, formal drafts, and 3D CAD renderings created by 8 BIJOU remain the exclusive intellectual property of the brand and may not be reproduced or shared with third parties for manufacturing.

Production Time & Delivery:
The handcrafted creation process typically takes 8–10 weeks from the date the deposit is received and the design/CAD is confirmed. Finished pieces can be collected at our showroom or shipped via secure global delivery.

Ring Sizing:
We offer one complimentary ring resizing within one year of purchase, where the design and the size change allow it. Full eternity bands and some intricate designs cannot be resized. If a change cannot be done, we will let you know.
