REPAIRS & SERVICES

Lifetime Care:
8 Bijou pieces can be brought back to the workshop for cleaning, polishing, and a check of the settings. If a repair is needed, we will look at the piece and send a quotation before any work begins. This includes accidental damage, a lost stone, or a piece that has been altered elsewhere.

Repair Assessment:
If your jewellery is accidentally damaged or requires repair, you are welcome to bring it to our Hong Kong showroom or contact us via WhatsApp or email. Our master craftsmen will inspect the piece to evaluate the condition and determine the appropriate solution.

Clients outside Hong Kong may send the piece to us. Please message us before posting, so we can confirm the address and what to include. Postage to the studio is paid by the client, and the piece should be sent by a tracked service. We will quote before any work begins, and return postage is included in the quotation.

Quotation & Service Fees:
All repair, restoration, and maintenance services are subject to charges based on the actual condition of the piece and the complexity of the work required. A detailed quotation will always be provided for your approval before any work commences.

General Upkeep:
We also offer professional maintenance support, such as deep cleaning, polishing, and stone-setting checks, to help keep your cherished pieces in pristine condition over time.
