Can I supply my own loose stones for a bespoke design?
Yes, you are welcome to provide your own gemstones. We will inspect them before design and production, and send you photographs of what we find. If a stone is cracked, too thin, or not suitable for setting, we will not proceed with the order.

How long does the custom creation process take?
The handcrafted creation process typically takes 8 to 10 weeks from the date the deposit is received and the final design or CAD is confirmed.

How do I find my ring size?
You can visit our Hong Kong showroom for a professional measurement. Alternatively, we can guide you on how to measure your ring size accurately at home.

Do you offer repairs and maintenance services?
Yes, we provide professional care and repair services for our creations, including regular cleaning, polishing, stone-setting checks, and maintenance. A quotation is given before any work begins.
